Pick a host that gives you a stable feed, episode analytics you can export, and a public episode page. That feed is how Apple, Spotify, and YouTube ingest you. Own the RSS even if you also clip for social.
Show notes and links
The episode page is part of the cash system. It holds the disclosure, the affiliate URL, and the ad invoice note. If the host cannot give you a URL you control, point the description at a page on this site.

Skip dynamic-ad platforms until you have a network or a fill. Skip AI 'guest bookers' that spam. Skip a second analytics overlay until you have one number: cash collected after fees.
